Latest Sighting! Date: 16th June 2004 - Location: Institute of Contemporary Arts, London

In what must be the most prolific public sighting yet, the man in black has been seen by hundreds of people at the ICA - a cultural landmark in my very own home town…

Although the building was shut to the public at the time, a private music and film event was in full swing - which has led to dozens of reports of actual physical contact!

To confirm all my suspicions, the man in black was seen to approach vulnerable party goers with a "proposition", and indeed claimed to represent an institution called Sable & Shuck.

Although there are no confirmed reports of what his proposition was, I firmly believe it involved the provision of ultimate luxuries in return for human souls.

After interviewing a witness, I have managed to recover one of the 'business' cards that the foul being was distributing on the night, and have used this to track him to a website called www.sableshuck.com. I am currently researching this site and would ask you not to go there until I have finished my investigations and declared it safe, or otherwise.

According to Charlie's report, which is so far unsubstantiated by secondary witnesses,  the man in black spoke to a person or persons unknown at a derelict hanger on the west side of the deteriorating airfield. Charlie has also claimed to have seen a 'phantom' aeroplane at the scene, minutes earlier...

Recent Sighting 30th April 2004

Local newspaper the Hornchurch Star reported all the typical phenomena associated with an appearance of the man in black, with a 'localised eclipse', reports of 'machine failure', 'eerie light' and more importantly an appearance of Black Shuck - the Hell Hound.

Although the newspaper did not report it, I have evidence that the man in black appeared from a cloud of ravens. The significance of this is huge, for the raven has long been held as a symbol of ill fortune.

Furthermore, the incident took place at the cross roads of Highways 61 and 49 - where the legendary musician, Johnson, was said to have sold his soul...
